By using VTrade, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

2. Nature of the Platform

VTrade provides a prediction-based platform where users may place directional bids on live XAU/USD market movements.

VTrade:

• Is not a bank.
• Is not a brokerage.
• Is not an investment advisor.
• Does not provide financial advice.
• Does not guarantee profits or returns.

Users participate at their own risk.

3. User Accounts

To create an account, users may be required to provide:

• Name
• Email address
• Profile photograph

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Deposits and Account Credits

Users may add credits to their VTrade account by transferring cryptocurrency to wallets designated by the Company.

Deposits are processed manually by platform administrators.

Users may be required to submit transaction screenshots or other proof of transfer before credits are added.

The Company reserves the right to reject, delay, or investigate any deposit request where:

• Transaction details cannot be verified.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• The submitted information is incomplete or inaccurate.

A minimum deposit of 10 USDT may apply.

5. Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals through the Platform.

Withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours but processing times may vary.

A withdrawal fee of up to 10% may apply.

The Company reserves the right to delay, deny, or suspend withdrawals where:

• Fraud is suspected.
• Security verification is required.
• Account activity appears abnormal.
• Required information is missing.

6. Referral Program

VTrade may offer referral rewards.

Users may earn referral bonuses when eligible referrals complete activation requirements established by the Platform.

Referral rewards may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Fraudulent referral activity may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

7. Trading Fees

The Platform may charge fees on participation, trading activities, withdrawals, or other services.

Applicable fees will be disclosed within the Platform and may be modified at any time.

8. Risk Disclosure

Participation on VTrade involves substantial risk.

Users acknowledge that:

• Outcomes are uncertain.
• Losses may occur.
• Users may lose all account credits used in participation.
• Past results do not guarantee future performance.
• No profit is guaranteed.

Users participate entirely at their own discretion.

9. Fraud Prevention

The Company reserves the right to investigate:

• Multiple accounts.
• Manipulation attempts.
• Referral abuse.
• Unauthorized transactions.
• Suspicious activities.

Accounts found engaging in fraudulent behavior may be suspended, terminated, or permanently banned.

Associated credits, rewards, and withdrawal requests may be withheld during investigations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and branding related to VTrade remain the property of the Company.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform materials without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VTrade shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits.
• Trading losses.
• Data loss.
• Service interruptions.
• Technical errors.
• Cryptocurrency network delays.
• Unauthorized account access.

Use of the Platform is at the user's sole risk.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice where necessary to protect users, the Platform, or applicable legal interests.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Punjab and Haryana, India.
